Ingredients
  

  • 350 mL coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp ashwaghanda powder
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 tsp rhodiola
  • 1 tbsp maca root powder
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 drop liquid stevia
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 5 brazil nuts medium sized

Instructions
 

  • Combine spinach and coconut milk in blender until smooth
  • Add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth, adding additional coconut milk or water 1 tbsp at a time as needed to reach desired consistency.
