- 350 mL coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp ashwaghanda powder
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 tsp rhodiola
- 1 tbsp maca root powder
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 drop liquid stevia
- 1 cup spinach
- 5 brazil nuts medium sized
Combine spinach and coconut milk in blender until smooth
Add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth, adding additional coconut milk or water 1 tbsp at a time as needed to reach desired consistency.
